Our 4-week Virtual Marriage Institute is open to 10 couples who seek guidance and support to work through common issues that hinder marital growth and relationship success.
The virtual marriage institute is an engaging, fun and empowering program that has been carefully designed by Team Wade to enhance marriages. The Institute has something to offer newly weds, veterans and anyone in between.
No matter the length of time a marriage has existed, every couple will face challenges unique to their specific situations. Team Wade will help guide couples through common issues that hinder marital growth and relationship success.
Topics include, The Art of Communication, Money Matters, Family Matters, Romance and Intimacy, Order in the Home.
WHAT WE WILL COVER
WEEK ONE
The Importance of Seeing From Your Spouse’s Perspective
Oftentimes we communicate with one intention and that is to get our point across. In this session couples will learn the art of listening with the intent to see their spouses perspective in order to bring resolutions to difficult conversations. When couples master the principle of perspective their communications will become effective and their relationships will thrive.
WEEK TWO
Recognizing Covenant Behaviors
Everyone has mental strongholds as a result of past negative experiences that has shaped our behavior and personality. These experiences cause one to make covenants within themselves and if not identified and corrected could cause serious problems in a marriage relationship. This session will help couples identify and break negative behaviors created by personal covenants to begin the mind renewal process.
WEEK THREE
Table Talk
This session is designed to give couples a practical tool to help facilitate a fair and peaceful discussion about serious concerns in the relationship. Team Wade established “The Discussion Table” to assist couples in learning how to keep the focus on issues and not taking issues out on one another. This tool is definitely a game changer in communication.
WEEK FOUR
The Personality Test
This session is designed to help couples identify their personality category in order to bring clarity on who they are married to. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses in their personality. Couples will be empowered to strengthen weakness and focus on strengths to avoid sabotaging the marriage.
